He has extensive consulting skills, including Program and Project Management; and Product Development and implementation. His background includes an strong international experience across Latin America, US, Asia, Europe and Middle East in large multinational corporations as HP or Microsoft, and other companies as ShipNet or BairesDev.

Jorge Sánchez Manotas
Jorge is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading growth strategies, business development, and digital transformation across Latin America. Throughout his career, he has served as a bridge between technology and business outcomes, managing complex operations and high-performance teams across various industries, including mining, oil and gas, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, and food and beverage. Before joining 8days, Jorge successfully led operations for global companies such as Oracle, Microsoft, British Telecom, and Hexagon, opening new markets and generating multimillion-dollar business results. He has played a key role in expanding enterprise solutions across more than eight countries in the region, combining strategic vision, analytical thinking, and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Arturo Vázquez Alvarez
More than 31 years of successful experience in the Information Technology Industry, performing various functions such as Strategic Alliances with leading hardware and software companies in the industry, Business Development Strategies, Sales and Marketing Consulting, Distribution Channel, Business Plans and Marketing, Training in New Information Technologies, technical support, programs between software companies - ISVs. Over the last 24 years, Arturo has worked with Microsoft in various roles, always closely aligned with the partner ecosystem, which is why one of his main strengths is continuing to develop the business of any company by collaborating with Partners.
